Police, Fire, Medical
Annual dues of $350 are due at the end of February. Payment can be made by check mailed to The Property Center, or through the payment method on your annual assessment notice. Contact board@cordilleraranchhoa.com with account questions.
No overnight street parking. RVs, boats, trailers, and ATVs may not be visible in front of the setback line. Guest vehicles may park on the street during the day but must be in the driveway at night.
Yes! Up to 5 laying hens are permitted. No roosters. All animals must be controlled and not create a nuisance.
No front-yard fences. Side/rear fences must use approved styles, max 6 feet. Contact the board for approved styles. All fences require Architectural Committee approval.

Trash: Every Tuesday morning. Recycling: Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday. Bulk pickup: First week of the month. Have bins at the curb by 7 AM.
